How long will it take for my order to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within one week of being placed.
What shipping methods do you use?
We ship via Fedex Ground. If you would like to upgrade your order to a faster shipping method, please send us an email at info@as-style.com and we will do our best to accommodate rushed shipping for an additional charge.
Shipping Rates:
We offer flat rate Fedex Ground shipping + handling as follows:
Orders up to $500: $10
Orders $500 and above: FREE!
If you would like to upgrade your order to overnight or two day shipping, please e-mail us at info@as-style.com and we will invoice you separately for the additional shipping expense.
International Shipping:
We do not ship Internationally at this time.
Refuse Package
If your package cannot be delivered, is unclaimed, or is refused, you are responsible for the following:
Original and return shipping costs.
The amount of these charges will be subtracted from your merchandise refund plus a $10 restocking fee.

returns and exchanges
Do you accept returns?
We are a small company so our return policy differs slightly from chain stores. We want you to love what you purchase from us so Âme Soeur is happy to return any clearly unused non-sale merchandise within 14 days after the order was placed. Items purchased on sale may not be returned.
What is the process for returning an item?:
1. Returns must be received within 14 days of the order being placed.
2. Please email info@as-style.com to request a return.
3. As a small company, we cannot cover the shipping expense for returns. Please use a trackable shipping method to return the item to:

4. Once the item is received back to us, you will be issued a refund, less a $10 restocking fee.
What if I receive the wrong item?
If there is a problem with your order that is our mistake, we will be happy to resolve it at our expense. Please email info@as-style.com with details regarding your order.
Can I return sale items?
Sale items are final sale and not able to be returned.
