How long does it take for my order to ship?
All orders are processed and shipped within one week of being placed. If you need your item(s) sooner, please contact us, and we will do our best to get your order out to you as quickly as possible.
What shipping methods do you use:
We ship primarily via Fedex Ground. See Shipping & Returns for additional info.
Do you charge sales tax?
We are required to charge tax in the State of California. Products shipped elsewhere are charged not charged tax.

Do you accept international orders?
Unfortunately, we do not accept International Orders at this time.
The product I want to order is out of stock.
Our collection is produced in small batch, limited quantity runs. If you see something that you love on our Instagram or elsewhere that does not appear on our website, please email us at info@as-style.com, and we will be happy to tell you the date the item is expected back in stock.
Where can I see and buy your products locally?
If you live in the Bay Area, please contact us to set up an appointment. Email info@as-style.com. In order to keep our pricepoints more accessible, we are choosing to sell most of our collection direct to consumer. Please check our Events page to find out when our soonest shopping event will take place near you.
Can I use more than one coupon code when checking out?
Occasionally we offer free shipping for orders under $500, and/or promotional discounts. Only one coupon may be used at one time. Sale items can not apply free ship codes.
What is your online return policy?
We want you to love the items you purchase from us, but we are a small company and cannot carry the cost of returns. We do allow returns for non-sale items, provided that they are clearly unused and are received back within 14 days of receipt. We do not provide return labels for returned merchandise. We will credit your card upon receipt of the returned product, less a $10 restocking fee. We ask that you return the product purchased using a trackable shipping method.

Why was my order cancelled?
All orders are subject to our approval. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse to accept any order placed based on incorrect pricing or availability information. We apologize for any inconvenience.

What materials are your products made from? Each Âme Soeur accessory is crafted from luxurious yet delicate materials, carefully chosen for their color, texture and beauty. We use supple embossed and non-embossed lambskin and calfskin from Italy and the finest European Linens.

Items in our collection are intended to be as uniquely beautiful as the people who carry them. Our materials and our finished goods are produced in small batches which means that rarely are two items in our collection exactly alike which adds to their specialness. The color/hue, embossing, imprinting, and printed design details may vary very slightly from item to item, even if they have the same product name. Also, please note, it is impossible to convey the exact color of the leathers online. The items may look slightly different in person and from screen to screen.
Does the leather you use have any imperfections? Will my bag show signs of use?
We use only the highest quality leathers and materials. Features of these materials including veins, contrasting tones, and small imperfections in the grain of our leathers, as well as changes that occur with use: scratches and abrasions (particularly on areas of greater use), changes to the patina, and markings on our linens are to be expected, as are chipping and fading. These are the assets of a beautifully well-loved and treasured bag.
Please note:
Some of our materials are richly dyed, so care should be taken when worn with lightly colored items, particularly during initial use.
Our embossed studded leathers will pop in over time. We believe this adds to the character and beauty of these pieces.
